Responsibilities

• Preparing recipes and cooking menu items to specifications
• Receiving, labeling, dating, and storing food items properly
• Performing opening, closing, and side duties, including setting up and breaking down kitchen stations
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and related areas
• Following safety and sanitation standards
• Reading and assembling orders accurately, demonstrating product knowledge
• Handling special procedures for large parties or vouchers

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Line Cook required
• Ability to stand or move for extended periods
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
• Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude towards guests and team members
• Must be at least 18 years old
