We're hiring a Line Cook to join our team. In this role, you must possess and demonstrate basic to advanced knowledge in soups, sauces, recipe preparation, poaching, frying, and sauteing. Proper sanitation practices are a must. You'll perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

One year prior prep cook experience; minimum oneyear experience in food production in a high-volume restaurant or fine dining establishment. Must be able to pass a skills test both in food identification and cuts, as well as an oral quiz. Culinary Degree strongly preferred.
