Job summary

True Food Kitchen in Columbus is seeking a skilled Line Cook to prep, cook, and plate dishes across Pantry, Pastry, Pizza, Wok, Sauté, or Grill.

You should have 6+ months in a high-volume restaurant, exceptional knife skills, and a passion for quality presentation. Flexible for nights, weekends, and holidays; teamwork and speed under pressure are essential.

We offer AM/PM and Mid-day shifts, part-time up to 40 hours per person, health care options, pet insurance, and dining discounts.

Responsibilities

• Follow portions, recipes, and quality standards.
• Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized.

• Prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients.
• Wash and disinfect kitchen, tables, tools, knives, and equipment.

We’re looking for a skilled Line Cook to join our fast-paced, high-energy kitchen. You’ll prep, cook, and plate delicious dishes across stations like Pantry, Pastry, Pizza, Wok, Sauté, or Grill (experience in multiple stations a plus!).
