Job summary

Red Robin is hiring a Line Cook in Columbus, GA. You will prepare, season and cook meals to Red Robin standards, including cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying and assembling a variety of dishes from meats to vegetables. You’ll ensure safe food handling and keep areas clean, supporting a fun, high-energy team environment.

Base pay is posted as a range; eligibility for benefits and growth opportunities are noted, with an emphasis on guest satisfaction and quality. Must be 17 or older to apply.

• Preparing food using Red Robin methods including cutting, sautéing, broiling and frying.
• Cooking a variety of meals including meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups and salads.

Line Cook Range: $13.24 - $15.98

Line Cook: You will be preparing food the Red Robin way, which includes cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking various meals including meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients. You will be keeping Guests worry-free by adhering to safe food handling and cleanliness rules. In addition to base pay you will also receive a free meal each shift. Must be 17 or older.

• Other Types of Compensation: Referral Bonus, Employee Stock Purchase Program (after 1+ years of service, must have 20+ hours/week).
