Job summary

True Food Kitchen in Columbus, OH is seeking a skilled Line Cook for our fast-paced kitchen. You’ll prep, cook, and plate dishes across stations such as Pantry, Pastry, Pizza, Wok, Sauté, and Grill.

The ideal candidate has 6+ months in a high-volume restaurant, exceptional knife skills, and a passion for quality presentation. You should be flexible for nights, weekends, and holidays, and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
• Assist with prep, opening/closing, and smooth operations
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills and other kitchen equipment

WHO WE'RE INVITING TO THE TABLE

We’re looking for a skilled Line Cook to join our fast-paced, high-energy kitchen. You’ll prep, cook, and plate delicious dishes across stations like Pantry, Pastry, Pizza, Wok, Sauté, or Grill (experience in multiple stations a plus!).

• 6+ months in a high-volume restaurant (preferred)
• Exceptional knife skills and recipe execution
• Passion for great food and quality presentation
• Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays
• Teamwork, speed, and organization under pressure
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, continuously bend, reach and twist
