Job summary

Amanda's Fonda in Colorado Springs is seeking a Line Cook who can create and cook delicious dishes for our guests, while maintaining consistency and quality.

We value passion for cooking, teamwork, and the ability to multi-task; you should be prepared to stand for long periods and assist across stations as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role.
• Ability to stand for long periods during shifts.
• Willingness to cross-train across multiple service positions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to standard recipes and plating guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the kitchen and work areas.
