Job summary

Encore Event Center is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team in Cleveland, OH. The ideal candidate will prepare and cook menu items to order in a fast-paced environment while upholding top quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards.

You will set up and stock your station, operate grills, fryers, and ovens, maintain a clean workstation, and coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely, consistent plating during busy service periods.
