Job summary

Waterford Hotel Group is seeking a Cook to prepare meals for events and the a la carte kitchen, reading food tickets and banquet event orders for special event needs. You will assist the Executive Chef with ordering, inventory, and prep, while maintaining food sanitation standards and awareness of nutrition and allergies.

Cook Overview

This position will be responsible for cooking large volumes of food for events such as meetings and weddings as well as preparing items for an a la carte kitchen. They are responsible for reading food tickets, banquet event orders for specific needs of events. Assisting the Executive chef in ordering, preparing inventory and any food preparation needed. Must have a working knowledge of food sanitation, nutrition, and allergies cross contamination.
