Job summary

Waterford Hotel Group is seeking a Cook to prepare food for events and support the a la carte kitchen. You will read tickets, banquet orders, assist the Executive Chef with inventory, and ensure sanitation and allergen controls are followed.

Cook Overview:

This position will be responsible for cooking large volumes of food for events such as meetings and weddings as well as preparing items for an a la carte kitchen. They are responsible for reading food tickets, banquet event orders for specific needs of events. Assisting the Executive chef in ordering, preparing inventory and any food preparation needed. Must have a working knowledge of food sanitation, nutrition, and allergies cross contamination.

Responsibilities include:
