Primary responsibilities include:

  • Operating cooking equipment such as griddles, grills, or deep fryers.
  • Preparing and cooking food according to directives, verifying quality and quantity of all orders.
  • Plating prepared foods based on senior chef’s guidance.
  • Collaborating with servers to ensure timely and accurate order completion.
  • Adhering to all food handling and safety regulations.
  • Performing other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

  • Prior completion of food safety coursework preferred.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

  • Walking, sitting, standing for long periods, bending, using hands, talking, hearing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and vision requirements.
  • Lifting up to 25 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally, and overhead lifting and pushing/pulling.
  • Indoor conditions, often warm, near grill and fryer, with frequently loud noise levels.
