Job summary

Bab Al-Yemen Boston is seeking a Line Cook to join our busy restaurant. You will use high-quality ingredients to prepare meals that wow our patrons, with a focus on Middle Eastern flavors. The ideal candidate is experienced, creative, and committed to delivering an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities include menu creation by season, kitchen setup, proper food safety, and supporting daily opening/closing duties. Prior Middle Eastern cuisine experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• Middle Eastern/Arabic food experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes.
• Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds
