Job summary

Ramsay’s Kitchen in Boston is seeking an experienced overnight cook to join our back-of-house team on an overnight shift. You will uphold Gordon Ramsay brand standards, maintain the high-energy hospitality culture, and deliver consistently plated dishes for late-night service.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates well with regular guests, demonstrates safety and sanitation knowledge, and brings prior kitchen experience to help mentor teammates and manage multiple

Qualifications

• Overnight availability is required.

Ramsay’s Kitchen is a casually refined restaurant inspired by Michelin-starred Chef Gordon Ramsay and his global travels. Located on the historicBoylston Street inBoston, guests enjoy a fresh seasonal menu featuring iconic dishes like the Beef Wellington and Sticky Toffee Pudding, alongside local favorites with a twist.

We are now seeking an experienced overnight cook to join our back-of-house operations.

The overnight cook must have:

• Overnight availability.
• The motivation and skill to represent the Gordon Ramsay Brand and its world class hospitality standards
• Ability to build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere
• A strong personality, with confidence and enthusiasm
• Safety and sanitation knowledge
• Maintain current knowledge of menu items
• Ability to multitask in a high volume environment
• Prior experience
