The Clubs of Cordillera Ranch is the core amenity of one of the most successful master-planned communities in Texas, Cordillera Ranch. This 9,100+ acre oasis in the Texas Hill Country offers a unique facility with a family atmosphere that creates a laid-back culture while maintaining high-end standards.

In line with our commitment to providing the best experience for our members, The Clubs are expanding their Food and Beverage Department. This spring, our new kitchen and dining facilities will open, and we are seeking talented individuals to join our exemplary culinary team. Our Chef-run scratch kitchen offers an excellent opportunity to gain fine dining culinary experience working with luxury ingredients such as foie gras, Akaushi beef, and caviar. If you are interested in working with high-quality ingredients and developing your skills, we invite you to join us.

Job Duties
  • Maintain and service your assigned station.
  • Prepare items according to established portions and presentation standards.
  • Notify the Sous Chef of expected shortages.
  • Ensure all work areas and equipment are clean and in good condition.
  • Assist the Sous Chef in maintaining kitchen security and safety.
  • Maintain a neat and professional appearance and observe personal hygiene rules.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain the highest sanitary standards.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by the Sous Chef.
