Responsibilities

• Prepare daily menus with precision and speed.
• Butcher meats and fish to required specifications.
• Operate omelet/carver station as needed.
• Maintain clean and orderly work areas throughout shifts.
• Assist in developing soups, sauces, and daily specials.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Butcher all meats and fish.

• Formulate recipes for soups, sauces, and specials.
• Other duties may be assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 1-2 years of experiencein a high volume quality kitchen
• Team player, self motivator
