Broken Sound Club in Boca Raton, FL is hiring a Line Cook for our casual dining Bistro. The role supports the culinary team with execution, prep, and plating, following recipes and event orders. A strong emphasis on sanitation, allergen awareness, and teamwork is required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in a food prep role.
• Country Club experience is a plus.
• Post-secondary culinary training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support culinary team in proper order execution and plating.
• Prepare menu items per recipes and event sheets.
• Follow sanitation and storage standards.
• Read daily event orders and prep sheets.
• Maintain par stocks of daily items.
• Be adaptable to special requests.
