Pilis Party Tacos #1 in Bloomington, IN is seeking a Line Cook to join a fast-paced kitchen. You will prepare and cook menu items, follow safety guidelines, and help keep the kitchen organized and efficient.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in a kitchen, is available on weekends and evenings, and brings teamwork, reliability, and a passion for great food. Shifts split between Walnut Street storefront and on-event truck.

• Preparing and cooking menu items to perfection while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.
• Assisting with inventory management, including stocking and organizing supplies.
• Maintaining a positive and professional attitude, even during peak hours.
• Shifts will be split amongst Walnut Street Store Front and in the Truck for events.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
