We are looking for skilled Line Cooks to join our team. As a Line Cook at Jack Brown's, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our kitchen, delivering high-quality food to our guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items according to recipes and specifications, including grilling and frying.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food production.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating of food and supplies.
• Monitor and maintain the quality and freshness of ingredients.
• Adhere to all safety and health regulations.
• Communicate with Front of House to ensure timely and correct service.
