Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar-B-Q in Atlanta is seeking a dependable line cook who can work quickly through the rush, cook to spec, plate with pride, and send out food that earns its reputation one ticket at a time. You’ll follow recipes exactly, keep your station clean and stocked, and communicate with the line like teammates because none of us succeeds without all of us.

We’ll teach you the JNN way, and line experience helps but isn’t required.

You’re steady when the tickets stack up and you never send out a plate you wouldn’t eat yourself. Line experience helps but isn’t required. We’ll teach you the JNN way.

The Physical Stuff

This role is hands‑on and high‑energy. You’ll be on your feet 8+ hours a day standing and walking for extended periods while lifting up to 50 lbs in a live kitchen and stockroom areas. Bending, reaching, climbing, and equipment operation are all part of the craft. These requirements reflect the essential functions of the role and may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
