As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to our recipes and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and cook food items according to restaurant recipes and standards.
• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the station and kitchen.
• Follow proper food safety and sanitation practices at all times.
• Assist with prep work, inventory control, and receiving deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and front-of-house staff.
• Monitor food portions and presentation to ensure consistency.
• Handle multiple orders simultaneously during busy shifts.
• Assist with cleaning duties at the end of shifts.
