Job summary

Dave & Buster’s, Inc. in South Arlington, TX is seeking a part-time Line Cook who is passionate about quality food and guest experience.

You’ll prep and cook menu items according to recipes, maintain a clean, safe station, and work with the service team to deliver meals quickly. The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of line or prep cook experience, is 18+ with Food Handlers Certification, and can work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 6 months of Line Cook and/or Prep Cook experience
• 18+ years of age; Food Handlers Certification, as required
• Comply with uniform standards

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Prepping and cooking all menu items according to recipes standards.
• Minimize food waste by proper portions, watch for ticket errors, and communicate with expo.
• Partner with the service team to ensure food is accurate, delivered fresh and on time.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain a clean, stocked station.

As a Line Cook, you are passionate about our ingredients, food quality standards and delivering a consistent Guest experience! You are an expert on our prep and spec recipes, operational standards, equipment and utensils.
