Job summary

Evergreen Restaurant Group/Italian Restaurant Group, a franchisee of Outback Steakhouse, is seeking a Line Cook who passionately prepares, portions and cooks menu items to our quality specifications.

You will maintain safe food handling, cleanliness and sanitation, follow recipes, rotate stock and help deliver an outstanding dining experience for every guest.

This role offers a fun, fast-paced environment with opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience as a line cook or similar role preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and portion control.
• Commitment to safety and sanitation standards.

As a Line Cook you will be committed to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during the shift and preparing food with proper safety equipment, tools and recipe specs. As a Line Cook, you'll help to provide each customer with an awesome dining experience in the restaurant, through your passion and commitment to prepare food at its best.
