Job summary

The Snohomish County PUD #1 is seeking a Line Clearance Notifier II or III to notify customers about tree trimming and removals from the Everett area. You will obtain permissions, maintain records, and coordinate with in-house and contract crews under supervision.

Level II requires 2 years of customer service and relevant certifications; Level III adds experience and ISA Arborist certification. The organization offers a comprehensive benefits package and generous time off.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years customer service experience in a related industry.
• Certified Flagger Card or ability to obtain one in first six months of employment
• Defensive Driving Certificate or ability to obtain one in first six months of employment
• First Aid Card or ability to obtain one in first six months of employment
• Six (6) months experience performing Line Clearance notification or ISA certified Arborist
• Six (6) months experience performing Line Clearance notification and ISA Arborist certification (Level III)

Responsibilities

• Notifies District customers of the intent to do tree trimming and removal.
• Obtains customer permission and maintains detailed records of correspondence with customers.
• Research real estate records to identify and locate legal owners.
• Marks trees for removal by in-house and contract crews.
• Reports to the Vegetation Management Superintendent and receive directions from the Vegetation Management Line Clearance Coordinators
