Delaware North's Patina Group is searching for part-time Line Attendants to join our team at Pizza Ponte in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. As a Line Attendant, you will be responsible for refilling food items at the buffet serving station in a timely manner.

$17.00 - $17.00 / hour

What will you do?

• Keep all food lines clean and stocked with serving utensils
• Monitor quality and freshness of food by changing pans and managing first in first out rotation of cold and hot foods
• Execute all assigned menu items in coordination with the expediteron duty
• Label perishable items in walk-in coolers and coordinate rotation of food items to replaced
• Break down and clean all stations after shift and empty trash

• Basic knowledge of cooking and food preparation techniques
• High school diploma or GED
• Related experience or combination of education and experience may be substituted for degree

Physical requirements

• Standing and walking for entire length of shift
• Frequently required to kneel or crawl
• Ability to regularly move up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
