Job summary

CJ Schwan's is seeking a full-time production associate for a second shift in Stilwell, OK. The role involves unpacking raw materials, mixing ingredients, assembling products, and packaging finished goods in a food manufacturing setting.

You will ensure all items meet quality and regulatory standards while documenting waste and reporting issues promptly. The position requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and the ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 0 to 1 years of experience.
• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods on concrete floors.
• Strong manual dexterity; capable of repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions.
• Adaptable to rotating schedules, including weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.
• Ensure products meet company and government quality standards.
• Inspect products; discard or fix as directed; record waste amounts.
• Notify supervisor of quality issues, ingredient/material problems and equipment breakdowns.
• Comply with USDA, OSHA, state, federal, and company regulations, GMPs and safety policies.

Starting Pay: $17.25 per hour

Additional $1.50 shift differential from 6 p.m. -- 6 a.m.

What You Will Do

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.
• Ensure that all products (from raw materials to finished products) meet company and government quality standards.
• Inspect products; throwing out or fixing products as necessary; writing down amount of waste as directed.
• Notify supervisor of quality issues, ingredient/material problems and/or equipment breakdowns.
• Perform all duties in compliance with existing USDA, OSHA, State, Federal, and company regulations, policies, and procedures (including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) and safety regulations).
