Responsibilities:

• Work in a fast-paced environment requiring physical activity
• Perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions quickly and efficiently
• Lift up to 50 lbs., bend, carry, push, and pull as needed
• Stand and walk on concrete for extended periods
• Maintain product flow along conveyors
• Work in various temperatures and conditions, exposed to moving mechanical parts
• Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including bump caps, safety glasses, ear plugs, hair/beard nets, gloves, and safety shoes
• Conduct yourself in accordance with company values, policies, and standards

• This role involves performing assembly and packaging tasks in a food processing environment
• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods
• Inspect finished products for quality and proper labeling
• Ensure compliance with company and government quality standards
• Report quality issues, ingredient problems, or equipment breakdowns
• Adhere to USDA, OSHA, and other regulatory standards, including GMPs and safety regulations
