We are hiring multiple Entry-Level Line Attendants in Little Rock, AR. This position offers comprehensive training and competitive pay starting at $18/hour, with a $1/hour differential for night shifts, and up to $2,500 in bonus opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assume responsibility for finished products
• Operate on various production lines as needed
• Read and understand production orders
• Document quality checks accurately
• Learn to thread and operate all lines
• Identify acceptable and unacceptable products
• Assist in line setup and teardown, including changing screens and cleaning dies
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to work fixed day or night shifts on a 2/2/3 schedule
• Basic reading and writing skills
• Minimum one year of industrial experience preferred
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance
• Ability to stand for 8-12 hours per shift
