Job summary

Ajasianfoods in the United States is seeking a compliant Machine Operator to run production lines at full capacity while ensuring product quality and documentation accuracy. • Report problems to department lead.
• Maintain organized workspace and cleanliness during shift.
• Adhere to quality and safety policies and procedures.

Position Summary

Under general supervision of the Production Lead, ensure machines are working at full capacity while producing quality product. Machine operators make sure machines arewell-maintained and perform periodic checks on output. Visually inspect production run and documentresults. Determine and report malfunctions to appropriate parties. Maintain cleanliness of equipment and assigned area.

Position Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)at all times.
• Perform line set up, start up, operations,closing andchangeover of equipment.
• Ensure product quality are met throughout process.
• Performs checks and inspections to verify quality.
• Performs adjustments as necessary.
• Performs machine setups in accordance to applicable procedures and setup sheets.
• Accurately completes and maintains all production records.
• Responsible for reporting problems to department lead.
• Adequate housekeeping at all times during shift, creating an organized layout for all personnel.
• Review and assure appropriate adherence with quality, safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as directed by the lead.

Position Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year manufacturing operator experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, utilizing basic math skills and auditing paperwork.
• Ability to effectively adapt to change.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time; to work in confined areas, to lift up to 50 lbs. or more.
• Must be able to work overtime and week-ends as necessary.
