Job summary

Responsibilities include cross-training on multiple lines, following safety procedures, and monitoring process data while ensuring accurate data entry and documentation.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, understand, and communicate in English to successfully complete job duties.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to maneuver in close quarters and climb stairs, ladders, and catwalks regularly.
• Must be able to stand on concrete floors for long periods and work in extreme environments.

Responsibilities

• Fryer Operators are cross-trained on Line 1, Line 4, and Batter Operator duties.
• Ensure safety by following SOPs and company policies to prevent injuries.
• Attend and participate in all training activities for the position.
• Monitor process data from Blancher, Fryer and Sapp/Sugar Dip systems in Wonderware.
• Enter data into computer and complete paperwork thoroughly and legibly.
• Maintain oil system, filtration, and fatty acid levels; additives preparation and flow control.
• Perform fry-ups and take Agtron color measurements for color adjustments; conduct tests to meet targets.
• Monitor blancher circulation, flush/unplug as needed.
• Verify all equipment in Dryer and Fryer areas are functional.
