Stand Out Home Care is seeking Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) in Hamilton, NJ to provide high-quality care and make a real difference in clients' lives. You will assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, and follow care plans.

The role requires NJ CHHA licensure, a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent communication, reliability, and independence. Driver’s license preferred; background check and health screening required.

Qualifications

• Must possess valid New Jersey CHHA license
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
• Must pass background check and health screening

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Follow the individualized care plan provided by the nurse
• Report any changes in the client’s condition to the agency
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
