Job summary

Stand Out Home Care is hiring Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) in New Jersey to provide high-quality, compassionate in-home care. You will work under a nurse-provided plan, offering daily living support, companionship and light housekeeping in clients’ homes.

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey CHHA license (Required).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Compassionate, reliable and professional.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Follow the individualized care plan provided by the nurse.
• Report any changes in the client’s condition to the agency.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
