If you’re looking for the chance to leverage advanced technology to redefine the transportation landscape, enhance the customer experience and improve people’s lives, this is the opportunity for you. Join us and challenge your IT expertise and analytical skills to help create vehicles that are as smart as you are.

As Ford continues to build a world-class Marketing organization, they are seeking a Digital Assistant Manager for Lincoln. The Digital Assistant Manager supports the Lincoln.com team as the day-to-day operational lead and champion for website experiences, personalization execution, and platform advancements. This role acts as a crucial bridge between strategic vision and digital execution—partnering closely with agencies, global product teams, and cross-functional brand partners to deliver premium, luxury-grade digital experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing operations, hands-on familiarity with modern website personalization tools, and the ability to manage complex project timelines (such as vehicle launches and Model Year Changeovers) in a fast-paced environment.

  • Lead the Model Year Changeover (MYCO) process across Lincoln.com, serving as the day-to-day lead working with agency creative and development teams to establish milestones for vehicle Reveals, Early Build & price (B&P), and launch matrices.
  • Coordinate with Brand Managers and the Integrated Marketing Communications team to ensure all website content is accurate, premium, and aligned with vehicle launch timelines.
  • Identify and implement operational process improvements to increase website launch efficiencies and streamline content publishing.
  • Execute website personalization and audience strategies utilizing Adobe tools to deliver tailored, highly relevant experiences across the digital customer journey.
  • Coordinate and build A/B and multivariate tests with appropriate teams, monitoring performance against established goals and identifying opportunities for content optimization.
  • Translate luxury automotive market insights and affluent consumer expectations into sophisticated, high-touch digital website experiences that elevate the brand's online presence.
  • Support the implementation of the broader website content vision, helping to maintain and cascade cross-segment/nameplate content playbooks across Web, App, and Tier ecosystems.
  • Manage day-to-day agency partner execution of the editorial calendar, content optimization strategies, and SEO authoring/tagging approaches.
  • Partner with GDIA (Global Data, Insight & Analytics) to track clear and measurable KPIs, helping to compile and cascade performance reporting to US Marketing leadership and Global Digital teams.
  • Support the Digital Marketing Manager in preparing executive-level presentations and communications to gain alignment on website strategy and executional plans.
  • Optimization of dealer and customer experiences for seamless cross-tier experience
  • Support Model Year Change Over processes while optimizing sell-down of existing dealer inventory
  • Collaborate with dealer purchase experience owner to map out and drive delivery of enablers for seamless experiences at the dealer level, including identifying dealer education and experience requirements
  • Have finger on the pulse of key customer and dealer pain points
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years’ experience developing digital-based experiences, brand marketing and/or content strategy
  • Strong knowledge and competency across ad-tech, SEO, web technologies/platforms, analytics suites with a focus on Adobe tools
  • Significant experience in developing testing scenarios, executing and optimizing
  • Skilled in integrating experiences across channels and touchpoints to deliver an end-to-end connected journey for the customer
  • Adept at business analysis and process mapping, requirements (user stories/acceptance criteria), and validation/test script development
  • Thorough understanding of the automotive industry, with experience in partnering with digital retailing and dealer solutions
  • Ability to understand existing business processes, reasons why they exist and create a roadmap for changing and modernizing to meet current customer demands
  • A passion for digital customer experience and providing solutions in service and across the customer lifecycle
  • Excellent communication skills with proven ability to lead and inspire teams
