Job summary

Astrix is seeking a LIMS Developer to modernize laboratory workflows through migration projects and backend solutions that enhance data integrity, throughput, and regulatory compliance. You will lead LIMS migrations, design workflows, and integrate systems using SQL and C#.

Collaborate with lab stakeholders and support HL7 interfaces and APIs to ensure successful implementations. The ideal candidate holds a life sciences degree and 5+ years in LIMS development, plus 3+ years of bench experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, or a related scientific discipline.
• 5+ years of LIMS migration and development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on laboratory experience.
• Experience functioning as a true LIMS Developer rather than a LIMS super user.
• 3+ years with SQL query and database experience.
• Experience with APIs and interfaces, including HL7.
