Job summary

You will coordinate system updates, validate integrations, document processes, and train staff to ensure regulatory compliance and optimized workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing, configuring, and supporting LIMS, financial tracking systems, or other laboratory/business systems.
• Experience analyzing and documenting complex business processes, system requirements, and user needs, and resolving workflow issues and implementing technical solutions.
• Experience developing and delivering training materials for end users.
• Experience with setting priorities, delegating tasks, and making sound decisions independently.
