Job summary

Twinity is recruiting residential cleaners in San Antonio, Texas for permanent positions. You will be assigned to 1–3 houses with 2–4 cleanings per week per house, earning between $95 and $145 per cleaning. Días vary by house, with fixed hours and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be able to sweep or vacuum and damp mop floors.
• Must dust work surfaces, other furniture, and horizontal/vertical surfaces.
• Must wipe down walls, woodwork, doors, and baseboards.
• Must clean restrooms, including toilets, urinals, sinks, and mirrors.
• Must replenish supplies in restrooms, break rooms, and kitchen.
• Must report building and equipment maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Arrive at client location on schedule, perform services to established standards, and secure the facility when finished.
• Respond promptly to customer work orders and comply with safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Sweep or vacuum and damp mop hard surface floors and carpeted floors.
• Dust work surfaces, other furniture, and other horizontal and vertical surfaces.
• Wipe down walls and woodwork, doors, wall hangings, baseboards, etc.
• Clean restrooms, including toilets, urinals, partitions, sinks, counters, mirrors, floors, and walls.
• Replenish supplies in restrooms, break rooms, and the kitchen.
• Clean entrance glass and other interior glass.
• Remove trash from containers and replace torn or soiled liners.
• Report building and equipment maintenance issues to the supervisor.
• Arrive at work (client location) at the scheduled time, perform services to established standards, and ensure the client’s facility is locked and secured when you finish and leave.
• Respond positively and promptly to customer work orders.
• Comply with all safety policies and procedures relating to the performance of tasks, use of products or supplies, and incident reporting.
