Job summary

Office Pride of Houston-Montrose is hiring for residential cleaning positions in the Houston area. Roles are available full-time and part-time with flexible hours and a strong emphasis on reliability and customer care. The pay ranges per job are competitive and bonuses may be offered based on performance.

You’ll clean homes in Houston and surrounding areas, following safety policies and quality standards. Employees receive a stead paycheck on a bi-weekly basis and have opportunities for growth

Responsibilities

• Sweep or vacuum and/or damp mop hard floors and carpets.
• Dust surfaces, furniture, and fixtures.
• Wipe walls, woodwork, doors, baseboards, etc.
• Clean restrooms and replenish supplies.
• Clean entrance glass and interior glass.
• Remove trash and replace liners.
• Report maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Arrive on time and secure the facility after completing service.
• Respond promptly to service requests and ensure customer satisfaction.

Posiciones de limpieza residencial/casas disponibles en Houston. Las casas estan en Houston y alredores. Dias varian por casa y horas son fijas. Posiciones permanentes. Se le asignaran a cada candidato1-3 casas. La paga es muy buena de $85-$145 POR limpieza. Cada casa se limpia de 2 a 4 veces por semana. Horario flexible.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Sweep or vacuum and/or damp mop hard surface floors and carpeted floors.
• Dust work surfaces, other furniture, and other horizontal and vertical surfaces.
• Wipe down walls and woodwork, doors, wall hangings, baseboards, etc.
• Clean restrooms including toilets, urinals, partitions, sinks, counters, mirrors, floors and walls.
• Replenish supplies in restrooms, break rooms and kitchen.
• Clean entrance glass and other interior glass.
• Remove trash from containers and replace torn or soiled liners.
• Report building and equipment maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Arrive to work (client location) at scheduled time, perform services to established standards and insure the client’s facility is locked and secured when you finish and leave.
• Respond positively and promptly to customer work orders.
• Comply with all safety policies and procedures relating to performance of tasks, use of products or supplies and incident reporting.
