Job summary

Coastal Building Maintenance is seeking a hardworking janitor to join our cleaning team on site in the United States. The role involves cleaning and maintaining designated building areas, performing routine inspections, and assisting with special projects.

• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Stock and maintain supply rooms
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Follow all health and safety regulations

We are looking for a hardworking janitor to join our cleaning team.

Tareas:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
