B&T Building Services Inc in Oviedo, FL is hiring cleaners to maintain high standards of cleanliness across our facilities. We offer weekly pay and opportunities to grow within a family-owned, values-driven team that emphasizes honesty, safety, quality, professionalism and open communication.

Looking for dependable individuals who take pride in their work; positions feature consistent evening hours (Mon–Fri, 6:00 PM–10:00 PM) with strong attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team

Qualifications

• Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift objects if required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and windowsills.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and break rooms.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
