Job summary

Radiology Forward is seeking a Limited X-Ray Technologist to join our dedicated team delivering high-quality radiologic and fluoroscopy exams in a patient-centered environment.

Candidates should have a state license and/or ARRT certification (where required), plus BLS certification. Prior diagnostic imaging experience is preferred. Clinical responsibilities include patient monitoring, physician support, and safeguarding PHI and assets.

Qualifications

• Must have BLS certification.
• At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform high quality radiologic and fluoroscopy exams on incoming patients.
• Monitor patient well-being during exams and answer questions about procedures.
• Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients.
• Safeguard patient health information and maintain property and equipment.
• Safeguard medications on site in line with policies and laws.
• Protect patient financial information and cash on site or portals.
• Exhibit professional behavior toward patients and coworkers.
• Respect patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities in all interactions.
• Interact diplomatically with patients, families, and the public in a clinical setting.
• Establish, nurture, and maintain cooperative working relationships.

You Will:

• Perform high quality radiologic and fluoroscopy exams on incoming patients.
• Monitor patient's well-being during exams and answer their questions and concerns regarding exam procedures and process.
• Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients.
• Demonstrates a high level of competency and ensures team members are safeguarding patient property and Patient Health Information.
• Demonstrates competency regarding the need to safeguard patient property and Patient Health Information.
• Safeguards any on site medications in accordance with Company policies, procedures and any legal requirements.
• Demonstrates respect for company property, including any cash and patient financial information on site or on patient portals.
• Is responsive to the needs of others by exhibiting and maintaining professional behavior toward patients and coworkers.
• Demonstrates respect for patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities during all interactions.
• Demonstrates ability to interact diplomatically and sympathetically with patients, their families, and the public in a clinical setting.
