Thriveworks Counseling is seeking licensed clinicians pursuing Michigan State Licensure as a LPC in Sterling Heights, MI. We provide credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support, and a full caseload is expected within 90 days of credentialing. Flexible scheduling spans seven days a week from 7 a.m.

to 10 p.m. ET, with 50% in-office and 50% remote work after the probationary period. Full-time clinicians receive health insurance, student loan repayment assistance, paid time off, CEU

Qualifications

• Must be seeking independent licensure and living in Michigan.
• Must reside within 45 minutes of the office location.
• Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program.
• Graduate or post-graduate work experience in counseling treating depression and anxiety.
• Experience conducting intakes and diagnosing under supervision (DSM-5).
• Available for a minimum of 25 sessions weekly (30 hours).
• Open to treating a variety of clients including couples and children.
• Comfort with telehealth and EHR tools.

Thriveworks Counseling is seeking individuals pursuing Michigan State Licensure as a LPC in Sterling Heights, MI.

About The Role

We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country. You may be a good fit for this role if you’re:

• Approved by the board as a LLC
• Must be seeking independent licensure and living in Michigan
• Must reside within 45 minutes of the office location. Ability to work in the office for the probationary period and then work a hybrid model (50% in office and 50% remote).
• A graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program
• Graduate or Post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety is required
• Graduate or Post-graduate work experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing (preferred) according to the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor.
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Compensation

Up to $62,200 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities. Full-time clinicians are eligible for health insurance, student loan repayment assistance, paid time off, and other employer-sponsored benefits.

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You'll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
