We are currently seeking a Limited Licensed Master Social Worker (LLMSW) to join our telehealth therapy team. In this remote role, you'll provide virtual therapy to clients across Michigan, helping them on their mental health journey from the convenience of their homes. Clinical supervision will be provided as you work toward full licensure.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients across Michigan, maintaining ethical and professional standards.
• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify clients' emotional, social, and psychological needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's goals and concerns.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions via secure telehealth platforms.
• Monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans as needed for optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure holistic care.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Active LLMSW license in the state of Michigan.
• Experience providing therapy, preferably in a telehealth setting.
• Proficient in virtual therapeutic techniques and tools.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong therapeutic relationships remotely.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload independently.
• Commitment to professional ethics and maintaining client confidentiality.
