LimFlow Field Clinical Specialist - Pennsylvania - Inari Medical

The Field Clinical Specialist works using independent judgment, partners with local Account Managers to increase clinical support and education, resulting in increased clinical acumen.

Responsibilities:

1. Educate physicians on device handling, implantation, and troubleshooting techniques related to Inari products.
2. Develop, lead, and facilitate training sessions and in-service education programs in the hospital environment.
3. Identify therapy adoption opportunities in collaboration with Regional and Account Managers in local geographies.
4. Communicate highly technical information clearly and effectively during fast-paced procedures.
5. Act as a clinical interface between the medical community and the Company.
6. Build and sustain credible business relationships with customers and share product expertise accordingly.
7. Provide education and clinical support in response to complex field inquiries on an as-needed basis.
8. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all Inari products, related products, and technical knowledge, trends, and players.
9. Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback on device features and new device development.
10. Document procedural case observations for regulatory requirements and continuous improvement.
11. Provide basic ultrasound training for staff.
12. Perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree preferred or Associate Degree in nursing or clinical required.
2. Preferred candidate resides in the territory area - Western Washington or Greater Seattle Area.
3. Minimum of three (3) years in medical device clinical capacity or cath lab.
4. Proven understanding of cardiovascular science, anatomy, pathology, and physiology.
5. Strong clinical acumen is required.
6. Understanding of sales process is a plus.
7. Open to a dynamic work environment with regular interaction with physicians and hospital staff across multiple locations.
8. Desire to participate in a healthcare team and anticipate patient needs.
9. Apply critical thinking to solve complex clinical problems.
10. Excellent command of English, with strong written, verbal, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
11. Ability to focus on details, work independently, and meet deadlines with attention to accuracy.
12. Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of developing presentation materials.

Inari Medical offers competitive health and wealth benefits. The base pay for this position is $130,000, with total compensation varying based on experience and other factors.
