In this critical position, you will play a key role in ensuring broad adoption of Transcatheter Arterialization of the Deep Veins (TADV) and make an important, lasting impact on the epidemic of CLTI patients in need of an effective treatment option. As an Account Manager, you will lead customer-facing activities to deepen penetration of the LimFlow System in targeted accounts with a focus on sustained adoption and excellent patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead all commercial activity within a defined territory.
- Manage territory sales activities and provide clinical support for patient implants, interfacing with internal and external stakeholders, including the multidisciplinary team caring for the patient post-implant.
- Utilize consultative sales skills, technical knowledge, and focus on positive patient outcomes to engage with physicians and decision-makers via various communication channels.
- Represent the company at conferences, seminars, and symposia to increase market awareness and interest.
- Collaborate proactively with stakeholders along the sales process.
- Execute the full sales cycle, including opportunity prioritization, forecasting, qualification, presentations, follow-up, and achieving sales goals.
- Track and report sales activities accurately using the company’s CRM system.
- Drive lead generation through ongoing review and refinement of methodologies.
- Develop and demonstrate comprehensive clinical and technical product knowledge.
- Potentially mentor and train personnel as the organization expands.
- Perform additional duties to support organizational success and positive customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or 6 years of successful sales experience in a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience selling medical devices in hospital settings, with 3 years in interventional cardiology, radiology, or vascular surgery related to PAD/CLTI patients.
- Proven ability to establish new medical device therapies effectively.
- Knowledge of peripheral arterial and venous disease, including anatomy, pathophysiology, and therapies.
- Ability to support endovascular interventions in the cath lab.
- Understanding of wound care management for CLTI patients.
- Flexibility to work in various clinical settings to consult with clinicians.
- High motivation, initiative, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience mentoring sales and clinical staff.
- Experience managing hospital Value Analysis Committee (VAC) processes.
- Proficiency with technology applications like Salesforce for territory management and reporting.
- Strong business acumen and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred
- Knowledge of reimbursement processes is preferred.
Inari Medical offers competitive benefits. The base pay for this position is $125,000, with total compensation varying based on experience and performance.
