Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor or equivalent is not specified; minimum High School diploma or GED required.
• 10+ years combined Electric Boat or Manufacturing experience with NEWCONN, steel construction and trades experience.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience with direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop leadership and employee capabilities while establishing robust succession plans.
• Achieve and maintain safety, quality, cost, schedule, and performance goals.
• Manage the problem-resolution process and prioritize workload effectively.
• Identify and address significant problems (including Level 1) promptly.
• Establish and execute annual audit plans; provide trend and performance analysis.
• Support compliance with EB and supplier quality and performance expectations.
• Collaborate with site leadership to ensure readiness for inspections and audits.
