Join Our Team as a Lil' Kickers Coach!

Are you highly motivated, kid-centric, and passionate about soccer? Sofive Soccer Center is currently seeking enthusiastic educators and coaches to join our team! As a Lil' Kickers coach, you will play a pivotal role in providing fun, friendly, and structured weekly classes for children ages 18 months to 5 years.

Requirements:

1. Entry Level - No prior coaching experience required. Training is provided.
2. Availability to work weekends.
3. Commitment to coaching weekly for 13 weeks.
4. Ability to manage children's behaviors.
5. Team player mentality.
6. Enthusiastic, energetic, and FUN!

Responsibilities:

1. Communicate with parents before and after classes about their child's progress.
2. Adhere to safety guidelines outlined for Lil' Kickers programming.
3. Represent the Lil' Kickers brand during customer interactions.
4. Assist with grassroots marketing and community events.
5. Follow weekly curriculum and lesson plans.
6. Maintain consistency in shifts throughout each season.
7. Perform other duties assigned by the Manager relevant to the role.
