Sofive, the home of 5-a-side soccer; a new kind of soccer center. We make "the beautiful game" more available than ever before for soccer and fitness enthusiasts by providing easy access to the highest quality, 5-a-side, all-season soccer centers.

We are a growing startup that is developing state-of-the-art soccer centers – modern sport complexes with small-sided soccer fields. We have 22 sites to date, with many more in the pipeline.

Position Available: Lil' Kickers Coach

Are you passionate about soccer and dedicated to nurturing young talent? Sofive Soccer Center is seeking enthusiastic educators and coaches to join our team as Lil' Kickers coaches! If you're highly motivated, kid-centric, and ready to make a positive impact, we want to hear from you!

Requirements:

1. Entry Level: No prior coaching experience required. Training provided.
2. Availability to work weekends.
3. Commitment to coaching weekly for 13 weeks.
4. Ability to manage children's behaviors.
5. Team player mentality.
6. Enthusiastic, energetic, and FUN!

Responsibilities:

1. Communicate with parents before and after classes regarding their child's progress.
2. Adhere to safety guidelines for Lil' Kickers programming.
3. Represent the Lil' Kickers brand during customer interactions.
4. Assist with grassroots marketing and community events.
5. Follow weekly curriculum and lesson plans.
6. Maintain consistency in shifts throughout each season.
7. Perform other duties assigned by the Manager relevant to the role.
8. Pay Rate $16.50
