Qualifications

• 5+ years of LIHTC development or consulting experience.

• Multi-state 9% and 4% experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage in and advise on LIHTC development strategy.
• Evaluate underwriting assumptions and structuring alternatives.
• Direct preparation and review of LIHTC applications.
