Pay Range

The pay range is provided by VFC Lightning Protection. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — discuss with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $18.00/hr - $20.00/hr

Requirements

• Able to travel and be away from home 1-2 weeks per month
• 18 years or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Pass a medical exam, including a drug test
• Licensed driver with a clean Motor Vehicle Report
• Able to lift up to 80 pounds
• Comfortable on ladders and roofs
• Honest, hardworking, outdoor enthusiast
• Construction experience is a plus

Job Responsibilities

• Installing lightning protection systems on high roofs and grounding
• Reading construction plans and blueprints
• Handling and installing lightning protection cables
• Following onsite safety regulations

• Performing other duties as assigned
