Stones River Electric is seeking a Lighting Technician to support our growing national operations, offering competitive hourly rates based on experience. The role focuses on installation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of commercial and industrial lighting systems and controls.

The position requires 2–3 years hands-on field experience, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience with commercial lighting systems and repairs.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and comfortable with heights.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload in the field.
• Comfortable using basic technology (iPad, etc.).
• Good communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Must pass drug screen, background check, and MVR.

Responsabilités

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot commercial and industrial lighting systems and controls.
• Inspect and repair lighting systems and associated electrical branch circuits.
• Manage field workload and coordinate with team to meet deadlines.

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lighting & Electrical Technician with 2–3 years of hands‑on field experience. This role focuses on the installation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of commercial and industrial lighting systems, controls, and associated electrical branch circuits.
