Job summary

Clair Global is seeking a Site Lead to supervise the installation of lighting and rigging systems at client sites in Wisconsin. You will guide the project team, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure work aligns with design, schedule, and safety standards.

Qualifications

Five years field installation experience and two years field supervision experience.
High School diploma or equivalent.
ETC Lighting and/or ETCP Theater Rigging and/or CTS-I certifications preferred.
OSHA 30 certification preferred.
Knowledge and experience of construction means, methods, and materials.
Able to travel up to 75% of the time.
Read and interpret CSI and Architectural drawings.

Responsibilities

Lead the installation team in implementing the project per design and standards.
Coordinate with Project Management and Field Engineers to plan installation and daily objectives.
Communicate deviations and capture redlines for Engineering and As-Builts.
Ensure safety and maintain professional standards on-site.
Support project coordination and labor/resource planning.
