End to end hardware development for automotive exterior lighting systems including headlamps, signaling lamps, and rear combination lamps.
System level power architectures and LED driver strategies (linear vs switching) under tight EMI, thermal, and cost constraints,
ASIL QM/A/B functional safety,
CAN-FD/LIN integration
Performing worst case circuit analysis, derating, thermal and reliability analysis (DFMEA, MTBF) to ensure production readiness.
Driving pre compliance and compliance EMC testing,
resolving conducted and radiated emission issues through layout, filtering, and architectural changes.
